Built with advanced forming technology and robust mechanical structure, the mill offers outstanding performance across a wide range of pipe diameters and wall thicknesses.

Equipment Overview

The tube mill line integrates uncoiling, leveling, forming, welding, sizing, and cutting into a continuous and fully automated process. Key components include a high-precision strip accumulator, high-frequency solid-state welder, high-speed flying saw, and intelligent control system. Each unit is engineered for maximum stability and minimal vibration at high running speeds, ensuring superior surface finish and dimensional accuracy of the finished tube.

Process Description

The production begins with steel strip uncoiling and joining, followed by automatic feeding into the forming section. Through a series of precisely aligned forming rolls, the flat strip is gradually shaped into a round, square, or rectangular tube. The longitudinal edges are then heated by high-frequency current and welded together under pressure, creating a uniform and solid weld seam without the need for filler materials. After welding, the tube undergoes sizing, straightening, and cutting to the desired length before being inspected and packed for delivery.
